Turkish Apple Music and Family

I have an AU family setup in iCloud and we also share a single-login Turkish subscription to Apple Music.

It would be tolerable just for myself but multiplied over it becomes a pain to switch between the accounts every time someone needs an AU app or a child wants to request an app (the permission function does work when either client is logged into the TR account).

Does anyone have an elegant solution or suggestion? Could the Turkish account be the family organiser and have AU clients natively sharing the subscription?

    At what point are the headaches of dealing with this greater than the savings? I would just give up and switch to an Australian account.
