    • Yea binglee ebay have the UH755 that you can pickup for a bit over $100 with a coupon, does the same job.

        that's like comparing a Outlander to a LandCruiser. sure they're both 4wd, but it depends in the job.

        the GME is what anyone on traffic control or building sites for more then a few years use. Uniden just don't make the distance in the elements. GME do.

          I'd be running an Icom for anything serious.
          GMEs build quality is great in some aspects, but lacking in others.

  • I picked up the TX6160X the other month for $200, Autobarn has it at $201 which is also a good price.

  • I got a GME TX6160XY on eBay a year ago for $187. No idea what the differences are, but this doesn't seem like a deal. Possibly the model in this deal is targetted at professional users?
