That's exactly what happened to mine. Those tiny moths absolutely destroyed this exact Merino sweater and they did not touch anything else. Massive holes! I was not happy. They must love Merino wool

how do they fit? saying i should be XL by there measurement guide. i wear Large polo shirts, but XL T-shirts. are these sweaters you wear by itself, or with an undershirt? i think by itself i am a Large maybe, but if they are made to fit over your shirts, then I should get an XL. Problem with the XL i am scared of is that it would be too baggy and sloppy, which i don't want.

For $30 I’d buy both, and if one is too big, wear it as a layer on cold days.
Definitely an undershirt, I wear it to work on top of my normal shirt. I normally wear L t shirts but wear this in medium
100% merino clothes being thermal clothing should be worn as a base layer and be quite tight on your body.
Nothing prevents you from wearing as you like it, though.
