Hi All,
Was anyone able to get either the 65" or 77" in any of the sales from Black Friday and had it delivered or still waiting?
Looking around in the last couple of weeks this TV has been removed from most sites and seems that there is absolutely no stock in Australia right now.
Sony has an ETA of 17/1 which keeps changing and other retailers don't even have an ETA at this stage.
What have you had before?
A Samsung 8 series, KS8000 I think…
A massive upgrade I had that too and went to a 77C1
@solidussnake: Indeed…come to think of it, the last CRT TV I had (back in 2003/2004) was a Sony Trinitron. Happy to go back to Sony again.
CRT 77C1 appears to be a well reviewed OLED panel. Great choice and hope you are enjoying.
@csmacd: My first TV was a Sony 46 LED LCD that came with a free PS3 was great for its time. Really enjoying the C1 hoping it lasts me many years too !!
Thanks for replying! Glad you got one! I'm actually chasing JB for my TV and they've asked me to cancel the order 3 times now.
Managed to grab a 65" (delivered the next day) from JB during Black Friday (used Ultimate gift cards to bring the price further down). Our first OLED and hands down the best picture quality I've ever seen on a TV to date.
