Recommendation for a 3G tablet

Hubby wants a 3g tablet. he likes the galaxy tab 7.7 3g but would prefer a bigger screen. any suggestions? And he would prefer not an ipad unless there is nothing else :/

    btw, if I cant find a suitable 10inch screen, as nexus 7 is supposed to be coming with 3g soon, any ideas on price? than the decision (based somewhat on price) would be between nexus and tab 7.7.

    thanks for the suggestions, he had a look instore. seems to like tab2 10.1 and note 10.1. Will see what we can find at a good price.

    is he tech savvy? or just want a tablet for simple browsing and use?

      he is more tech savvy and I am the more bargain savvy :)
