Growing Property Portfolio - financial freedom

Hey everyone, I am in my early 30's - looking to expand my property portfolio.

I personally am looking to invest and doing it myself as opposed to pay buyers agent everytime to search for a investment property - has anyone got any good practical course they can recommend (personally have used)?

I am considering the course for Property Investment Accelerator: Course & Mentorship Program by PK Gupta. He seems really genuine and actually knows his stuff. Has anyone done his course? Did it provide you guidance/strategy tailored to your own circumstance? i.e. I have a highly leverage portfolio, needing advice etc

In before thread is taken down as spam, Mr 5 minute old account.

See also https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/750371 where the comments pick up a surprisingly large number of talking points covered in OP's minimalist post. Also features a guest appearance from the famous Mr Gupta himself!

  • Take on as much debt as possible, buy property which increase in value less then almost all other investments (shares) ≠ profit? 🤷‍♂️

    • shares would have to increase at 100% YOY to beat a leveraged property purchase

It feels to me this guy is doing dirty marketing trick. Similar spam marketing across aussie property forum from the guy, yuck.

You should definitely look at doing the course. I did it and have since been able to purchase the Sydney habour bridge on my modest income derived from driving for Uber. The tolls from road vehicles and trains alone has been great and despite the maintenance costs the capital growth has been impressive. Good luck on your investing journey!

Damn you got a good deal. I was only able to buy this White House in Washington. I haven’t been able to physically go there because someone is living there

      • ew a landlord that wants to harass their tenants, no thanks.

Leverage up into a 200k+ car. That's the way to get ahead.

Yeah and get pulled over by the police apparently.

      • Waiting for the 12 YO who owns 3 American states to chime in and ask how to drill for oil, to refine, for his private Maserati fleet

  • Why do you need to take a course in property investment? Better off learning how to read a cash flow statement & read some money or property publications etc.

Have you heard the saying, “there is a sucker born every minute?”

    • +1

I haven't heard that saying. I wonder if PK Gupta has a course about it for cheap price?

Nice Try Gupta. If I know a formula for financial freedom I wouldn't be teaching a course on it. The more involved in the Ponzi Scheme the less effective it is.
