Cannot Purchase Anything on Telstra Plus Rewards

I'm trying to use some points that will expire in a month. I am logged into the Telstra Rewards store (business account), however all product pages have only the "Checkout" button. No way to add something to a basket, no "Buy" button. Clicking the Checkout button does nothing.

I've disabled ad blockers etc.

Can someone with a Telstra account try to log in and see if it's possible to buy anything?

        Me? I don't. It's my mother-in-law's account. I can install the app on her phone and try that. Thanks for the suggestion, I did not even know there's an app.

    I got a spam message like it, tried to order a small item and the bank contacted me that scammers were trying to charge me something like 600 odd Euros.

      Yikes! Luckily this wasn't a spam email. Logged in via Telstra website

    It is possible to visit a Telstra branch and redeem points that way. I had a different issue a while back where I could add items to my basket but the checkout process always failed… I was able to collect the item in-store instead.
