Zidoo media players - Sydney Hi Fi Mona Vale / Selby

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of any discounts on Zidoo media players sold in Australia / Sydney ?

The only local store in Sydney is Sydney Hi Fi in Mona Vale.
Or alternatively Selby in Melbourne, but this will require shipping.

Prefer to just pick up locally.

Was hoping that there would be sales over black friday, xmas/boxing day, but sadly nope :-(

I'm keen on the Zidoo z9x Pro with RRP $499.00
But I'm patiently waiting for a sale or discount before jumping in.

You could buy it direct from the official Zidoo store on aliexpress. Last time I checked it was approximately $400AUD shipped.

  Thanks! I personally worry when tech gear gets shipped so prefer to pickup.
  - I dont completely trust delivery companies to treat packages with care. Especially with tech equipment. One throw or drop is enough for a DoA :-(

      I'm guessing in crates, or boxes filled with one type of product. And as such, it's size gives protection to the items.
      
      My thought is that single items shipped are more prone to being dropped, kicked and mistreated.

I don't think you'll ever get a significant discount for these. Even with a trade account the best I could see is $379

  So i'm hoping there'll be a % off sale some time soon.
  While i'm also patiently waiting to see if a new Nvidia Shield or Google Chomecast comes out with upgraded hardware and better video/audio format support.
