Dell used to have an eBay store and every so often they’d do 20% off sales which resulted in pretty decent prices for their stuff.
These days, their eBay store is closed and the last mention of any discount is years old.
Do they do promo sales any more? Or is what we see in their site as good as it gets (notwithstanding cashback deals)?

Latitude and Optiplex are the best bang for buck if you care about reliability with 3 year warranty.
I've used the the site "reboot it" is also good for finding deals on Dell computers. https://www.reboot-it.com.au/used-computers/ personally I would just go with one of those but for a business I would definitely get from the Dell direct refurb site because the warranty service is just so good.
I bought a monitor just over a year ago on sale. Price was cheaper but not advertised as % or $ off.
