Been using these for years. They've changed the packaging, but the amazon preview pic hasn't. It says 90% of users are satisfied. So the question is, are YOU satisfied?

Chemist warehouse is matching amazon: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/84551/oral-b-essenti… but not at the time when I bought. Amazons cheaper with S&S and free delivery (with prime) so would of bought off amazon regardless. Don't forget to cancel S&S after receiving the item.

As long as they are not the Total Tartar control ones. I can't stress how back they are. I even complained to my dentist about it and they say EVERYONE is complaining about whatever change they've made.

Never had an issue with Oral-B (if this is the same type I used to get)

My favourite one is the colgate floss 50m or 100m with mint. never tried the tartar

        • Never tried Colgate. I tried a Coles branded one in the past and that was too thick. I tried these oral b floss and never looked back

I used to like the Colgate ones but something changed. Legit too big to get in between my teeth and they just fray/snap.

They changed so it's no longer smooth and straight, it feels more… wax like? Too thick, rips too easily, just rubbish to use. These Oral-b are the new go to.

Agree with everyone's feedback on the Colgate. They 100% changed.
          Now they are:
          - Thicker
          - Rips and frays
          - Hard to grip

Unfortunately, I overstocked on them so I'll have to finish them before I can try other floss.

Agree this is the GOAT floss. Colgate is way too thick, the Oral-B Essential one tends to fray between my giant chompers.

I stock up on these whenever they go half price. I’d rather end up with a decades worth than risk them being discontinued or changed. It’s the only floss that I know will fit between the minuscule gaps between some of my teeth. Tried so many others and just can’t get them to fit.

    • What is the half price you normally get? You think wait and not get this deal?

      • Same price but I get it from Coles or Woolworths. Drop the price a little more by using discounted gift cards + discount (5% at Coles for working there or 10% at Woolworths once per month). No postage costs or having to buy a certain amount like with Amazon since I can just go get them.

Agree with the above comments on the Colgate. I recently bought 100m of Colgate mint floss from CW and they were crap. Frayed like crazy, they got stuck in my teeth and felt like I was doing tooth extraction. Hated them. Might chuck the rest out and go back to Oral-B.

  • Amazon has a limit of 5 per order, you'll never get to the minimum for free shipping. Chemistwarehouse's limit is 20 & probably unlimited if you click & collect with different orders.
