I Would Like Some Ideas and Preferably Discounts in and around Sydney during March 2024

My partner and I are heading to Sydney mid March and are looking for attractions and places to go. Preferably on a budget or perhaps discounts.

The float this year is called Latitudes with Attitudes. I'll upload a picture soon. We're usually near the end of the line in the WQHD+ section. Alienware in see through Underwear was last year's theme.

With that attitude feel free to join our float.

      • I miss Chili's

  • How long will you be in Sydney? Which part(s) of Sydney? What interests you (food, live shows, beaches etc)?

Some more context will help you get help from others.

check out the penguins at phillip island!

  • Take two ferry trips - one to Watson’s bay and do the cliff walk (go mid week because it is much much quieter)

    One to Parramatta

These two trips will let you see all the nooks and crannies of the harbour (don’t bother with the manly trip, it’s overrated and you end up in Manly at the end of it)

Brdigeclimb, sunset one, it’s pricey but worth it. If you want to be cheap you can take the last climb before sunset but I’d pay the extra

  • Don't know if you're into history but Sydney's Historic Houses and Museums https://mhnsw.au/visit-us/ include a great range of heritage houses that are free to visit. Elizabeth Bay House and Vaucluse House are particularly impressive with incredible harbour side locations.
TodayTix for cheap last minute tix to opera, dramatic productions etc. I also like the Rivercat ride from Sydney CBD to Parramatta via the Parramatta River; have lunch on the river. If you feel like getting out of town, Blue Mountains are a $6 train ticket away with a huge number of great walks. Pittwater is also nice, you can catch a ferry that follows the old postal route (and still makes deliveries). Visit Cabramatta for some ethnic dining.
