Based on Steam reviews (87% positive), it appears to be more well received than previous installations in the series.
That's not saying much.
Whilst AMS2 has better physics compared to the F1 games, AMS2 only has half the tracks of the official schedule, no performance difference between cars and no difference in body types, mediocre at best AI, no career mode, no realistic F1 rules, no safety car, no car upgrades, no My Team mode.
Game physics can only take a game so far
I have both. AMS2 drives better, but F1 23 is a better F1 "game" overall
