MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Ventus 3X E 12G OC Gaming Graphics Card $949.30 Delivered @ Amazon AU » All Comments

  • +7

Maybe not with the RTX 4070 TI Super on the way…

    • +6

Still is a decent price drop of at least $200 though.

    • +6

Given they said the 4070 Ti SUPER will be starting at A$1499, I don't think this is a bad deal at all source

      • +1

the 4070 ti is closer to a 4080 than a 4070 ti though

        • The 4070 Ti Super is likely gonna fall inbetween 4080 and 4070 Ti (though we don't know for sure). The difference in price is $950 for Ti, $1500 for Ti Super and $1870 for 4080 Super. If you can afford it a more expensive GPU is always better, but for the price increase I don't think this is bad. If anything the VRAM is what would hold me back here.

      • Yeah, given that outside of a few exceptions, the 4070 TI sales typically wouldn't go lower than $1099 here. Probably a similar wall on the TI super unless Battlemage is on time and disrupts the market.

      • +1

Given the recent change in exchange rates and how much some suppliers like to pad pricing, I wouldn't read too much into those figures after a month, or even at launch.

    • +2

Ti Super is $1499, $550 diff, that's a huge gap for people that cannot afford 1.5K

  • +1

Thanks Op, been waiting, and amazon too! Too bad about the wait time

  • +5

Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months
Arriving: Tuesday, January 30 - Wednesday, February 28

Actually a good thing this rare instance. Gives time to reconsider and cancel if need be with zero payment upfront. Thanks, ordered one finally. Now to see if it'll fit in the Kraken Nuke 110.

    • +1

According to the discussion in https://forums.overclockers.com.au/threads/kraken-mini-nuke-… you should be able to easily fit a card up to 300 mm in that PC, but a card up to 320mm long can possibly be fit too. But probably need to take the pc apart and then assemble the pc around the card. and Cable mangement will be hard.

      • -1

Thanks for that. BPC just increased the price $100 overnight… Hopefully a better deal on the horizon…

    • +1

Given all the comments about incorrect cards being shipped out, I can only hope that the shipping delay is related to a new batch of correct cards being sourced.

  • +3

    "usually dispatches between 1-2 months"

  • +31

Friend and me ordered it a few days ago. Both of us received a MSI GAMING X SLIM 4060 Ti White version..

    • +5

      Lol wtf

    • +2

      Damn son!!!!
You got rorted hard my boy

    • +4

      Same here. :(

  • Just missed out :(

    • try it again, wasn't working for me but just tried again and placed the order

    • Still showing in stock for me?

      • It's definitely not sold by Amazon for $949.30 anymore.

        • +1

I snagged one….sorry you missed out

  • Failed to add to cart. Damn that was fast. Good luck to anyone who purchased. I was umming and uhhing for too long by the looks of it

  • +30

Ordered the this RTX 4070 Ti on Dec 23 from the same listing, received the completely wrong card a few days ago, the Amazon support even asked me to take a photo then approved the return, please see the photo as proof: https://ibb.co/FgdV8Xp They did not provide me a replacement option. Waste of time. However, I hope this issue is now fixed by Amazon…

    • +1

hopefully, the right card arrives for me after they stuffed up your lot. if not, I'm glad it's amazon and easy returns.

    • Big oof. Sorry to hear mate.

    • +7

Too bad they didn't accidentally send a 4080

      • +6

Looks like a scam not accident

    • +1

      Thanks for this

Could have got one but read this and avoided.
Would rather not have my money tied up for a month to get the wrong thing.

    • +4

Same boat as you. Ordered on the 22nd. I got the slim rtx 4060 ti too. Amazon processed the return and I ordered again 2 days ago. It’s supposed to arrive this Thursday. Hopefully not the 4060ti again but it’s highly likely that it will be.

      • keep us updated chief

        • +2

Yeah its the slim RTX 4060ti again. Seems like Amazon's system has messed this one up.

          • @josefthedrummer: Damn what a shame. The age old saying, if it's too good to true it probably is

    • +3

I ordered it again from the same listing last Sunday and the item was received earlier today. Unfortunately, it is still the MSI Gaming X Slim White RTX 4060 Ti. Amazon supports have NOT fixed their issue yet (even though they promised to speak with their warehouse guys), but they just let this problem ongoing without any positive actions. The Amazon service looks like a programmatic bug that is in a dead loop.

"I'm sorry to hear that you received wrong item instead of correct item.

Since the correct item shows as delivered, we require a photo of the wrong item that was delivered by the carrier received along with a piece of paper (handwritten or typed) containing the Amazon account holder's name and a date on or after January 10, 2024. The information must be visible in one photo.

Once you have taken the above photo, please reply to this e-mail with the Order ID 250-9787462-594xxxx and attach the photo in a .jpg or .pdf file format.

Your photo must be submitted before February 09, 2024 to be considered for review. Once we receive your photo, we typically respond within 3 days with the appropriate action that has to be taken on the order."

  • Damn, missed it. It is a good deal.

  • +2

I was literally scouring ozbargain all day because of the announcement.

The moment I step away for half an hour 😢

  • +2

I'm so glad I bought a 4080 for $1500 a few months ago, I thought the 4080 would drop to under 1k. How wrong was I sheeeeeesh.

  • +2

    Upcoming 4070 ti Super has 16gb VRAM…..

  • Nice gives me high hopes for more sales, not planning on getting a new PC until the end of the year hopefully it'll be a good time to do so

    • +1

5000 series will be around the corner at that time

  • Just checked the starting price for Ti Super , like everyone said at $1499 this was a really nice deal. Strange as all US sites were saying it’s higher performance at the same price and same card aparently going to be $799 USD + tax which still be cheaper than $1499 AUD. Well I guess I still would prefer the 16GB Ti Super , let’s hope there will be good deals on that ,been waiting to buy a card for some time now

  • Waiting for a deal on 7600 XT 16Gb

    • isn't that model just been announced? unlikely to see deals so soon,

      • Yeah just hope to see some retailers like Amazon doing a flash sale. They did on 5600G CPU when released. Not too sure.

  • 4070 super will be same performance with this 4070 ti and with less price. Don't get this one.

    • +3

      RTX 4070 SUPER

Starting at AUD 1,119, Coming Jan 17

    • +1

I believe I saw some benchmarks the other day showing the 4070 super sitting in between the 4070 and the 4070Ti. Why would they make a card with the same performance as something already in their line up for cheaper? (which is wont be because it will start at $1100).
From what I can tell, it will be 4070($950ish)<4070Super($1100)<4070Ti($1250ish)<4070TiSuper($1499). Prices are estimates.

This is a cracker deal providing Amazon send the right card.

      • Super cards will come down in price to non super levels soon enough
They already stopped making the older cards so they are not really competing against each other

      • I believe I saw some benchmarks the other day showing the 4070 super sitting in between the 4070 and the 4070Ti. Why would they make a card with the same performance as something already in their line up for cheaper? (which is wont be because it will start at $1100).

Yeah I don't know why Nvidia bothered to release the super at those prices. It's a bit faster and significantly more expensive. I had assumed Nvidia would pack in some more performance per dollar to stay ahead of AMD. But in reality the value has deteriorate more and the super cards are worse bang for buck than the ones they are supposed to replace.

        • I suppose the main advantage over AMD is the performance per watt. My 6800XT drew so much power compared to what a 4070/4070TI would for roughly the same performance. Assuming the supers will be on par or probably better per watt. Then again, a 7800XT is a fair amount cheaper than a 4070TI. I wonder how long it would take to make up the cost difference in power, probably not long with the way power prices are going! lol.

      • Because they also have the 4070 Ti Super which would replace the 4070 Ti (it will be discontinued)

    • +1

Not same performance, also will take a while for 4070 super to hit $950 mark

  • At that price I was ready to pull the plug and finally buy a new GPU, but the offer is over :( gutted

    • +2

Just checked again and it’s back in stock, ozbargain hasn’t noticed yet. Now is the time my good sir. It doesn’t seem like it charges until the order has been shipped.

      • +2

That being said, I'm also half expecting the wrong card to be delivered as per many reports in this comment thread.

Worth a shot though, especially since it's Amazon AU and not some shady seller, AND they keep restocking for some reason.

        • Yep I saw them as well but as it's sold by amazon AU directly, the risk is low. If it's the right card hooray! If it's not = return and refund. Easy peasy.
It's such a good deal you can accept a little bit of shaddy ^^

Edit: I reached out to the amazon support and asked them to check if the item will be the right one. Their response was:

"Upon checking the details I see the item is placed today and the estimated delivery date of the item is between January 31-March 1 and I completely understand that the reviews of the item is not good however I request you not to worry about it. I have informed the concerned team to look into it and make sure that the correct item is delivered to you. You are one of our most valuable customer and we've got you covered still if you face any discrepancy once the order is delivered to you then we are here to assist you."

" I have made a note of it and escalated it to the concerned team and we will make sure the correct item is delivered to you."

          Let's see what happens

          • @Baradhur: Excellent idea to contact amazon support now—I will do the same. Their response gives you even more ground to stand on if indeed the incorrect item is delivered.

      • Legend! Was able to get it this time :)

  • I'm not sure if I'll use my card (depends on a couple of things) so if anyone wants mine if I end up not using it I'm happy to let mine go.

    • I'm also in Brisbane and would like to pick it up if it ends up being the 4070 ti

    • Have you received your card and if that's 4070ti?

  • +1

Deal back on with the same 999 cards available

  • +1

And gone… Did anyone get a screenshot of the price?

  • +1

I received an item today but it was a 4060ti not a 4070ti. Currently on phone with Amazon.

    • +1

Amazon have refused to provide a replacement option and told me to send it back for a refund. Waste of time.

      • +1

Yes, as I mentioned earlier, Amazon Supports are like robots, they never fixed their issues but only let the procedures repeat. If you ask for a replacement, in stock = yes, no stock = refund. If someone returns the card and it restocks, the replacement option becomes available again. They never follow up on the root issue. What a joke. lol

      • +1

That sux. What if you threatened that they are falsely selling under Australian Consumer Law?

That's what I'll be doing if it happens to me.

        • +1

Yeah Amazon are basically running a scam hoping that someone doesn’t notice. I don’t know if Amazon are just incompetent or malicious.

          • +1

@tanksinatra: A company breaking the law is doing so due to malice, there is no excuse for not knowing the ACL.

    • +1

I can only hope that this is the reason for the long ETA for later shipments - i.e. awaiting for a new batch of cards, hopefully the correct models this time.

      • I’ve posted mine back. I wouldn’t be surprised if Amazon put it in another box and repackage it for the next unsuspecting customer :/

    • +3

This is fraud not a mistake, wow, didn't expect that from Amazon. Others said the same thing I though those were a mistake but it appears to be a poor practice by Amazon or in better words , fraud

  • Anyone got theirs yet or just a price error?

    • +1

Still waiting for mine, but I don't have a lot of hope. I reached out to amazon after passing the order for them to make it's the right item that'll go in, but still.

I haven't seen a single person managing to actually get a 4070ti from that listing :(

      • Unfortunate was hoping this was a new ATL but seems to just be a mistake on Amazon end. Even the $1050 deal some people received a 4070 instead. Hopefully at least one person gets lucky from this listing.

  • Did anyone actually get the 4070 ti?

    • "Arriving 30 January - 28 February"

Still a few days away before there's any updates.

    • +1

Mines magically shipped for delivery today by 8PM. Will let you know.

      https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/255280/109865/img_1956…

      • +2

        Same, bit unusual.

Edit. Spoke with Amazon concerning the wrong card being sent. They have told me that if I receive the wrong card they will guarantee me a replacement. Not a refund. Took a while of convincing but have it saved they will replace with the correct card.

        • Do you by any chance have a screenshot or recording of this guarantee? There are some earlier reports of amazon refusing to offer any replacement.

            • +1

@XeKayeM: Amazon don’t do replacement orders. It’s straight refund and make a new order. That support member is not correct, unless something has recently changed.

We’ll definitely get our money back if it’s incorrect. No question about that. Just no guarantee we’ll get a replacement 4070 Ti.

        • +2

just arrived and guess what, its a 4060ti…

          • @XeKayeM: Time to threaten with ACL and show receipts.

Mine hasn't shipped yet, strongly considering just straight up cancelling to save my time at this point. So far it's a 0% success rate in this thread.

            • @duckduckering: Speaking with them online, got escalated to a manager and they will still only offer a replacement even though I've provided proof of the conversation with the Amazon rep offering me a replacement. I even tried to get them to send me another model.
I'm refunding I guess, but I'm also canceling my prime account. They have gone to shit. I feel like I have to speak to the chat once a week now to get stuff fixed up.

      • Any luck?

          • @Hybroid: collect it yet?

            • +1

@XeKayeM: Order page says "we will try again" but they didn't yesterday and hasn't changed today either. Will try to contact CS today if I can.

              https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/255280/109896/de.png

I expect it'll be the same as others. There's a mix-up in the SKUs labelling and system thinks it's a 4070 Ti so sends it out. No one can be bothered to fix it for whatever reason. The support team reading scripts in some colocated office in Manila or Bangalore certainly won't.

              • @Hybroid: Yeah, I'm just hoping since I've sent one back now for replacement they will look at it more carefully. If not ill just continue to do it until I bankrupt Bezos!!! haha

                • +1

@XeKayeM: Just arrived now and it is indeed a white 4060 Ti:

                  https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/255280/109913/img_1973…

                  Bummer.

Edit: Contacted Amazon chat support and they basically said no replacements but I can send it back and re-order and they'll credit the price difference. Said no thanks (can just do it myself) and they gave me a $25 credit for sending wrong item.

                  • @Hybroid: Did they mention anything about the mix up in SKU labelling? I'm starting to think every single order will be wrong and they'd just be wasting our time.

                    Thanks, Amazon.

                    • @boomersgold: Yes, and I quote:

"If you have an issue with this seller you can order it from another seller off the website".

When I then said it was sold by Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd themselves, they simply asked if I wanted them to "proceed with refund on return request".

Like I said above, customer service reps in a remote call center office somewhere abroad are not going to care about an incorrect SKU. It's smaller than miniscule in the grand scheme of things for them.

  • +3

Briefly went back in stock, maybe people getting their orders refunded lol, not risking it for a 4060ti. Amazon standards really dropping.

    • +1

Decided to cancel my order after the 4080 sale this weekend, didn't want to risk wasting more time doing the whole return thing. Pretty poor from Amazon if this problem persists

  • +1

    Update on mine:
I managed to get Amazon to issue me a replacement instead of a refund. My new 'order' is now waiting for an estimated shipping time.
I guess it just depends on who you get in the chat as to whether or not they will help you.
Also, my guy said the same thing as @Baradhur got, that they will make sure the correct item will be sent this time by processing it through the concerns team. He also said "I have forwarded the ASIN which means item details to our team" whatever that means.

    • what 4070ti model are they sending to you ?
I'm strongly considering to cancel my order..

      • +1

The same one, but they said they will make sure it's the right item this time. Unsure how much i believe them but im hoping with so many returns and so many people complaining they are getting the wrong item they may actually investigate it.

        • Wasn't it previously a dead end yesterday, how did you managed to get them to sway? Multiple different chat sessions?

I was strongly considering cancelling my order pending @Hybroid's update, but this might be worth a shot now. Mine has not shipped yet.

          • +1

@duckduckering: yeah no idea, just a new chat session. maybe it was back in stock when i did it and he was able to sort another?

    • may i ask how u speak to them about the replacement of the card? Mine should be arrive around the end of this month, do u just call the customer service and ask them?

      • you could probably call them but I never have, ive always opened the chat to speak with them. It is a bit hard to find, as the 'contact us' part is written really small at the bottom of this page:
        https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/help/customer/display.html?node…
then select 'something else' then 'contact us' again then 'start chatting now'

        • OK thanks for that i will try to do that

  • Hello does anyone get correct order yet? I'll be receiving mine tomororw but since nobody get their 4070ti so far, so it really concerns me….

    • +1

Got my order today and it's a 4060 ti, no replacement options given.

      • +1

damn….this is so disguesting, sorry to hear that. So there is only refund option then? what a waste of time

        • +1

We should all escalate this to their management team. The same 4060 TIs that are being returned end up being sold to someone else as a "4070 TI". It's a complete waste of time.

          • +1

@boomersgold: not sure how to do that.

but just got my 'GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X SLIM WHITE 8G' now, returning the card tomorrow. (tried to ask replacement, and the guy said no becaues it's temporary out of stock'. so refund is my only option

  • +1

Somehow I thought I'd be the exception - hoping I was.. Received 4060 Ti instead of advertised.

Returned on the same day received and no replacement options available.

  • +1

Update: After feedback in this thread, I tried to cancel before it had been shipped but it would not let me do so, as it "will soon be shipped."

It was actually shipped a couple days after that.

It arrived today. Gaming X Slim White 4060 ti. Shocking.

  • +1

Same thing happened to me. I reached out to them twice to ask them to verify and check that the correct card was sent, they assured me they would leave a note on my order and reach out to the team in charge, still ended up with a 4060ti instead. Amazon you f*ing amateurs.

    • Plot twist! I managed to twist their arm to fulfil the order! I'm returning the 4060ti and ordering the same model but from a 3rd party seller for 1369$ and amazon will credit back $417 to my Amazon account as the price difference from the 949$ initial discounted price! I've already made the order and they'll refund me after I receive the new card. I'll keep you posted if that actually happens.

      • Very interesting…. My replacement card says it will arrive feb 13th to march 23rd. Im wondering if I end up with another 4060ti that one of you guys has returned.
I have also have notes on my order to confirm it is the correct card. If you can pm me more info that would be great, I'd love to negotiate the same deal.

        • if it's the same listing, it's likely going to be another 4060ti, even though I wish for you to be the 4070ti. No magic here, I just pounded on them the fact that I warned them several times about it, I linked them this thread to share that dozens of people have had the same experience, that it's amateur level of doing business, etc and I kept going until a point where one of the rep (I went through 3 of them) offered to buy another model from a 3rd seller and to refund me the difference. I then sorted out the details of what that would look like with the dude and voila. It's supposed to be arriving tomorrow and allegedly amazon will then ask the seller to refund me the price difference.

So for now I'm not out of the wood yet, even though Amazon promises they would honor the price difference. I'll believe it when I see it, I'll update here after.

          • @Baradhur: ooooh, if the difference was coming from amazon i would believe it, but a third party seller isnt going to just give you $417 right?

            • @XeKayeM: From what I understood, amazon will arrange themselves with the seller for the refund. It's very unusual to proceed like that coming from amazon, so let's see what happens. Worst case, I send it back and get a refund!

              • @Baradhur: Aha! success! I got them to refund me the $949 they were holding onto for the replacement. Then I ordered the card for $1369 from the third party and when it ships, amazon is going to refund me the $419 difference between the two.
Legend mate, I ended up pasting in your comment to the chat and they sorted it for me. A new, actual 4070TI from another seller will arrive Thursday.

                • @XeKayeM: Let's cross all fingers and toes and pray for a happy end

                  • @Baradhur: You guys are legend! I got them to do the same, and Amazon agreed to refund the price difference for the same card.

                    • @Mandalorians: excellent!
thought i got the last one they had. Was it $1369? or the one from computer alliance i think for $1372ish

                    • +3

@Mandalorians: Well the card came through today (it was the correct one!), I reached out to amazon, and they granted me 417$ back to my amazon gift card account. I would have preferred an actual refund to my bank account, but at least they respected their words and gave me the money back in some form. So success!

That's probably the best value for money I'll ever get for the 40 series generation. I wanted to pick a discounted 4080 for 1500, but I can't realistically justify spending 150+% more money for 20-30% perf increase at best. Guess I'll wait for the 50 series to come out and buy a 5080 at that time.

                      • @Baradhur: Can confirm, after returning the item a couple days ago, I saw reports on this thread of people getting partial gift card refunds.

I started a chat with another agent and success. I did try and ask if they would do an actual card refund and they would not. I don't mind in this instance as I am planning to buy more PC parts in the coming weeks.

In my case, I ordered from "Wireless 1 eShop" for the price of $1345. Amazon agreed to credit the amount of $395.70

Just thought I'd report another success.

                        • @duckduckering: thats awesome, I'm glad people are able to get what was ordered now. It took Amazon a bit of convincing though but they appear to offer it now to anyone who asks. Unsure how I was able to get a refund to my card though instead of a credit.

So my situation is interesting. I have been told by Amazon chat that the correct GPU might still arrive by Wednesday. If it doesn’t arrive by Wednesday then I’ll get refunded and I can keep the 4060 TI. Very sceptical. But will see what happens.

    • Interesting, did you insist on a replacement and have they claimed it to be shipped?

      • No I just selected ‘damage or defective item’, said to the person I received the wrong item. They said the delivery date isn’t till Wednesday (tracking said today and I received the item today) so I need to wait till Wednesday and they will reach out Thursday to confirm if I have received it. If the correct item isn’t received by Wednesday then they will refund. I clarified about the 4060 TI and they said I could keep it. Didn’t insist on replacement, they just think Auspost have somehow screwed up.

Edit: also I said that the 4060 TI was opened and looked used.

I can confirm this happened with me too, I contacted them last week when it arrived and got mine fully refunded without having to return the card.

      • Also selecting "damage or defective item"?

Just that I can see that there's a selection for "Wrong item was sent", which appears more applicable.

So I've now received my 4060Ti. Considering reporting Amazon to the ACCC for illegal advertising practices as it's very obviously not a one off mistake but a pattern of deliberately using switch and bait tactics.
Plenty of evidence in this thread.

    • Honestly if they're that bad with catching onto this surely you could send back a used 3060ti get the refund and they wouldn't notice

  • Now they are selling returns for $742.

    • was it this same link?

Had 2 unsuccessful text chats. I phoned and they agreed on refunding me the $950 and after I buy the next cheapest for $1250 and they will give me the $300 difference in store credit.

I've sent my 4060 card back and have done the same deal as others here where I have purchased from another seller and Amazon will refund the difference when I receive it.

  • I placed another order.

I contact amazon prior to it arriving. They confirmed it was the 4070ti
    But a 4060ti arrived today… again.
I'm currently speaking to their chat.

They offered me a refund, not a replacement.
I asked if I order from another seller would they credit me the difference.
They agreed and I've ordered from Wireless 1 eshop and they will give me the difference as store credit once it arrives.

Received my card from wireless1 today - its legitimate.
Contacted Amazon who kindly refunded the difference as amazon credit (took a few hours to appear).
        Happy camper

  • Mine has just been updated now to expected deliver on the 5th.
Can’t wait for my incorrect product haha.
But I will try the refund the difference idea.
    Thanks OzBros

  • I've not had much success in getting Amazon to agree, to crediting difference and purchasing the same card from the same listing - but different seller. Asked three different consultants, but gonna give it a rest for now.

I got my 4070ti delivered on Thursday and had my $419 extra that I paid refunded to my card today. They did it a little odd, but basically they refunded $50 x 8 and a $19 refund from a bunch of my older other orders. Odd but I don't mind as I got the card for what was advertised in the end.

    • I got my 4070Ti today and Amazon credited the $450 difference I paid to my account tonight. Those buying another from the same seller just don't. Buy from another, doesn't matter where as long as a 4070 Ti arrives.

      Happy days

      • Nice! Did you get it refunded to the og payment method or a gift card? Also, did you use the live chat? Have had bad experiences in the past with different Amazon reps refusing to honour offers made in previous chats.

        • +1

Amazon account credit….used live chat. I have email confirmation of credited amount.

  • My first order got sent back and is still waiting for a refund. I placed more orders, and they just arrived today, but they're also incorrect. I called them, and they said it's under investigation with the supplier. They gave me two options: 1. Keep the wrong item for now, and they'll try to send the correct one in 7 days while taking back the incorrect one. 2. Get a full refund, return the item, and reorder, with Amazon covering any price differences. They only started investigating the listing yesterday.

    • Reorder with any seller and they would refund the price difference? Did you get those options in the same call or did they come back a few days later after ?

  • Placed an order for one of these on sunday, order was cancelled today and no longer available from Amazon AU. Looks like they finally caught on to the fact something wasn't right here.

    • same but looks like its restock once again

    • My Jan order has been cancelled too but it seems you can reorder it immediately

      • Really? not showing up for me as an option, third party sellers or Amazon UK/DE cheapest being $1295

        • I've seen this price couple of times recently and re-ordered today, let's see what will happen

      • +1

received a weird cancellation notice again today(because I've already got one one week ago), reached support for clarification and they suggest that I can buy the sameone from that link for $1280 and they will refund the difference — just fyi

        • get my 4070 Ti from KS and amazon refund the difference

  • I was in a similar situation but credit a price difference did not work for me. The support they don't provide me a price match as an option to other sellers. They mentioned that the options are system-generated, it depends on your account. So in my case(I already received a 4060Ti), the only option is to return it for a refund

just got email said my card purchase on 8th Fed is posted and will be coming tomorrow, fingers crossed it is the right card

Slim white 4060ti was sent again

  • Well anyway, I returned the first order but kept the next two, waiting for Amazon to sort things out instead of just getting a full refund as they suggested. I tried a few times to get a replacement through a third-party seller with no luck until recently. In a live chat, they finally agreed to find a replacement, shipped directly from Amazon to ensure proper distribution. They ended up offering a completely different card, which implied they were okay with me choosing another product. I went for the Asus TUF 4070 TI, which arrived today. I've requested a refund, and they've agreed to refund it back to my original payment method instead of Amazon credit. So, in the end, everything turned out in my favor, but it definitely required a lot of patience.

    • Congrats! I spent hours doing the same thing many times but had no luck. Finally returned the wrong one to them without a replacement. That’s torture to spend time on negotiations while seeing the 4070Ti market price down to almost sub $1000
