@adinico: The heater uses a fan. I can't see how adding a fan to your charger will make any difference. It will just blow slightly more of the heated air over the phone.
@Aureus: It’s not just a fan. It actually has a cooling pad (I think it’s a peltier) the charger is actually cold to the touch. And I don’t have aircon so it’s not just cooling from the fan

They're pretty good - helps with general aches and pains and difficult sleeping. Wouldn't say it fixes anything, just relieves.
