I'm looking to buy GoodNotes for my iPad and was wondering if there is a way to buy it from another country like Turkey?

Looks more expensive in Turkey store. (899 TRY which is around 50 AUD)

The one time payment from what I can see is 35.99 AUD for goodnotes 6 in AU store.
