Which Vegetable / "Greens" Supplement Do You Take?

I'll admit I am absolutely horrible at getting in any decent amount of vegetables/greens. My fibre intake is mainly from daily psyllium husk and the occasional mixed frozen veg bag from aldis with my meals.

I'm hitting my fruit intake fine but interested in peoples greens supplements they are taking. (Yes I know I should be eating a well balanced diet… but I dont)

I just eat the vegetables. Greens are delicious.

Easiest way is to eat veg is to eat it first - e.g. a big salad for a brunch first before your oats, etc. Try to have it with every meal. Learn to make some simple dressing/sauce to make it more interesting. Have a smoothie or veg stew.

Greens have phytochemicals and vitamins and minerals that can't be extracted separately, but work as a whole, ideally fresh or snap frozen.

If you need supplements, just chew some newspaper or something and pretend to yourself you're taking veg/greens supplement. You'll get the same benefit, but it'll be cheaper.

My missus once ordered the whole set and I was the one finishing most of it up.
Takes a bit to get used to.

I'm covered as two minute noodles include that little bag of diced carrot and something green.
