What's The Best Value TV for under $1000?

Looking for the best value TV for $1000. What size and model do you think would be best? Also where to buy?

edit: Size would be around 65" max. The cheaper the better.

Will use it mainly for Netflix/Disney+/YouTube. Not really care about it being a SmartTV since we're pretty content with Chromecast with Google TV.

Any suggestions?

        Got a KD55X80K myself from Sony/eBay a couple of weeks ago; an unfamiliar delivery/tracking process seeing as I don't purchase TVs very often. Freight was via DHL logistics so expect an email the day before delivery.

    You should probably start with what size you want. You can get up to 75" for that price. If you are wanting better quality, you will need to go smaller.
    TCL has a few alright TVs that would come in under 1k. P745 65" for instance.

        For some Sony models box damaged is the same price as refurb

    Size depends on how big the room you’re putting it in is. No point buying a 75” TV if you’re sitting less than 2m away

    Costco have the 55inch TCL QLED for $929.99 right now. We paid <$1000 there for the 4K version for the kids playroom recently and it’s great for the money. Can access a bunch of different free TCL channels like vintage music videos and cartoons like The Smurf’s. Apps like YT, Disney+, Netflix and Spotify are easy to access and the set up was simple and fast. A good buy for the money IMHO for anyone who just wants a functional modern TV, without wanting to pay for the best of the best.

    I would save till I can afford oled

    happy watching on my old tv/laptop/phone until I can afford oled

    this is only my opinion, u do what works for u, not everyone cares about oled like I do
