  Hi @RD ADL,

  I've previously enjoyed your wines, but recently made an order (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/820344) which was never fulfilled.

  I ended up requesting a refund (which was quickly actioned) 10 days after making the order.

  The problem I have now is that I'd be hesitant to make orders in the future since there's an uncertainty that they will be fulfilled in a timely manner. It's all well and good to have competitively priced wines, but if it's going to take weeks to receive them, this really should be stated on the deal/website.

  EDIT: Further to this, although I was refunded very quickly, I was never offered an explanation as to why my wines were never sent.

    Hey @HomebrewFC. Thanks reaching out. Your point is well made. It is one I reiterate to the team regularly - fantastic product without crap service is all for nought.
    Yours was an anomaly and I’d asked the team yesterday to review what went wrong. Answer simple human error. Exception rather than the rule.
    Shopify currently shows fulfills taking 1 day and 16hrs.

    Our deals always state a timeline for dispatch. Yours was simply missed due to an error in picking in the warehouse. Our mistake. You brought it to our attention and subsequently refunded.

    Apologies again for any inconvenience.
