I know 70% isn’t the best but still good enough for me. Can also order off Topcashback to get a ‘slightly’ higher cashback %.

      "Rejected" is almost certain. You should have cancelled the order.

      Only pre-order to create a buffer for cancellation.

      Mine was tracked within an hour of placing the order.

      Never had an issue with tracking using Chrome incognito or the CB app.

      Something going on, as I haven't had a failed transaction either.. but recently had a few.

      Adidas- Didn't track. But sent in a dispute and it got processed.

      Puma - This is a weird one. It tracked, but got rejected 30+ days later
      Shopback cited, "failed due to upgrades". At the end of the day, I have a screenshot, I have confirmed tracking and an invoice. So time for a chargeback for the full value I guess. I reached out to GYB a few days back, but he is a busy bee..

      I suspect it's a typo issue (Puma get their own promo codes wrong, ie 20% off on Black Friday was meant to be Cyber20, but you had to use Cyber30 to get 20% off. It didnt give 30% off, so it's a typo and probably stuffed the whole thing up.

      Either way, anyone else simply gone for a chargeback and got the lot back instead?

      I assume Puma will block my email..but that's on them.

        You can't do a chargeback if you don't receive the cashback.

        Your transaction is with Puma, who make no promise to provide you with any cashback at all.

            @tunzafun001: Well I am… As you agreed when you signed up (I'm sure you read the terms and conditions!), the cashback is not guaranteed and is dependent on the tracking being successful and the affiliate manager approving the transaction.

            Puma don't offer you anything through the site, they offer Shopback an affiliate promotion which they then offer to you. Call Puma and ask about it and they'll have no idea what you're talking about.

      never use shopback except through their app. their browser tracking is hot garbage & their followup for failed tracks is worse.

      I got the same dominos deal through the app & it tracked fine.

      Thanks for that, apparently all of my pizza hut purchase never got tracked. And they refuse to review missing cashback that is more than 30 days. Better get matched at Topcashback

      I’ve used Hut5130 in all my previous orders and it’s always been tracked. But use at your own caution ig. Think the best method for 70% is stack it with the 2 for 1 pizzas on Tuesday.

    Absolutely avoid Shopback. Thanks to some of the earlier commenters, I checked my previous order with Shopback and found out they never track mine. Had to manually put in a report missing cashback form for so many of them. Worst thing is they refuse to review order that is more than 30 days ago. Better get it matched at Topcashback

    Maybe the bad reputation shopback gets is due to how slow the tracking updates. At midnight it wasn't showing, but next day it showed. So people are complaining about lack of tracking, it shows next day, but maybe they don't come back the next day to update.

    For me, I was using a VPN, which you shouldn't, Had ad blocker enabled which you shouldn't, but had the honey app turned off. With adblocker ofcourse I have it turned off on shopback and pizza hut websites, but even so it was turned on for everything else the tracking got through.
