  Years ago I believe it was Fonterra in NZ. Would be worthwhile checking with them though.

    This is from four years ago but it says the cows are from NZ. Not sure if it's still accurate.
    
    I think I remember reading they changed their source though, which is why I looked for a new company for protein. I now buy from amino z, but I don't think their product comes from Australian or NZ cows either. The reason I changed from bulk nutrients was I read they started to use cows from USA as well, which people said aren't as good.
