How to Change Steam Account from Turkish to Ukrainian?

Hi everyone, I would like your help.

I would like to understand how I can change my Steam store region. Now I have the Turkish one as my store and I would like to change it to Ukrainian, but I have the problem that to do so I have to enter a suitable payment method (I tried with Revolut but to no avail).

Has anyone succeeded could you help me?

Vorrei capire come poter cambiare la mia regione dello store di steam.
Ora come store ho quello turco e vorrei cambiarlo in Ucraino, ma ho il problema che per farlo devo inserire un metodo di pagamento idoneo (ho provato con Revolut ma nulla da fare). Qualcuno ci è riuscito? mi potreste aiutare ?

    Well the answer depends on whether you currently based out of Russia?

    If it says Ukraine it will be free, by definition.

    Of course someone is footing the bill but not for Ukrainians :-\
