Best price according to water bags. Good if you need it now. I’m waiting for $130 personally, which could take a few more months…

24000mahx5v=120wh
Every review site says it’s 86.4wh. Anker Community has some maths.
Rog ally/steam deck is 40wh, so it can fully recharge these twice at most optimal conditions.

The 537 is at ozb best price $71.24 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/828803

    It's 24000*3.7v // 88.8wh

    The internal batteries are 3.7v

    • The amazon spec says 5v. That’s not impressive at all if only 88.8wh lol

      • +3

5V is output, Amazon is good at being confusing like that… Over 100w you can't take on flights without approval though so it's a good spot to be

I think I remember you could make an offer to the team VIA ebay, think I ended up paying 153$.

    Was $133 during Black Friday.

Not on Amazon though? For power banks, I’d want to get from Amazon or Officeworks, places with good warranty in case of fire. But maybe that’s not necessary for this particular unit.

The $133 deal was sold by Mobileciti, so warranty should not be of any concern.

The all important project farm review to go with your purchasing decision https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1sjqaRll2s

apparently after the video came out the Anker went up in price in the US

    • So the actual delivery is 68.67wh (discharging at 10wh/hour), at 16:29 of the video (don’t know how to find time-stamped link on mobile).

It reviewed well but I don't think Project Farm is very experienced with electronics; he doesn't have the equipment to e.g. trigger different charging modes. Even when testing the USB-A port on the S22 Mini he didn't mention the voltage had dropped way below USB spec.

AllThingsOnePlace is a lot more detailed.

apparently after the video came out the Anker went up in price in the US

That is why you shouldn't trust YouTube comments - they can be misleading or mistaken. It was on sale when Project Farm bought it, just like how it's on sale here now. You can see the price history on the camels.

      • I agree! Mostly I like his mechanical doodad reviews but I love his review format so will basically watch them all anyway and thanks for clarifying the price.

I probably should have done more research instead of trusting the cesspit that is youtube comments

      Reassuring "under 100Wh" response

  • After doing a bit more digging, I found the 537 to be sufficient for my use case, at half the price, lighter weight and higher capacity. Link added to the description for $71.24.

https://youtu.be/ghsK7OEFkm4?si=d3PlGnG4uV7RJ7bg At 9:17 it showed that the unit is capable of output 65w+ on the single usb c port, which is what I needed. The spec says “Total Max Output via USBC: 65W & If using both at the same time (45W+20W)”. The only drawback is it only draws 20w recharging itself, so it takes a while to come back to life.
