  Steam ovens are dope, total game changers for cooking. This one seems pretty good, bigger cabin than the Anova Precision Oven and it's apparently easier to use if you're not using the associated app.

  Haven't used it myself but according to some online research, it seems you can only adjust the temp in increments of 5C, is that true? And does it bottom out at 60?

  Easily the best thing about the APO is bagless sous vide. 63 degree eggs on demand, perfectly rare steak from edge to edge at 54C. Would be a bummer if you couldn't replicate that in this thing.

    I have one. It does 60’c to 230’c in increments of 5’c. Perfectly fine for what I want to use it for, but it won’t do a 63’c egg.

      You could do an egg at 75C Full Steam for 16 minutes and get pretty close. Would be interesting to see if it could pull it off!

        Full stream is only from 90’c up. There’s a “low steam” function though, that’s available from 30’c in 1’c increment up to 90’c.
