Google Store Price Match Enquiry with Officeworks Has Taken More than 48 Hours

With the recent Google sales etc and OW has it cheaper, I sent the request for price match to OW.

I got the case ID and they informed me it will take up to 48 hours.

It's the 4th day after I sent them the request, any chance or have this happened to anyone? What I can do in this case?
