This is a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing something like a vacuum from Godfreys. Any purchases from 30th January onwards will have NO MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ON GODFREYS BRAND PRODUCTS, as well as no change of mind returns and trade ins. This is happening because of going into voluntary administration.

This only applies to Godfrey's brand, which I don't even know what it is. They were the exclusive sellers of certain Tineco ranges so that sucks as I dunno how else people are going to be sending them in now. I just sent mine in 2 weeks ago and called them yesterday, they'll still fix it. My sister bought the 3 year service plan, they don't have direction on what to do about those yet

Oh right. I just looked through the mums who clean group and it's been mostly positive for the Wertheim vacs

Just treat the items like any other ALDI generic product; it might be a good deal even when you can't return or replace after a couple of months.
