The comment around upsold products is interesting. I would probably get the top plan, but sounds like it will be excluded from cashback if so.

Yah it is frustrating. I just got the medium plan for 2 years. 203.80 dollars AUD after GST. They don't count GST and I'm guessing they don't count the "upgraded" plan as well even though its not chosen as an "upsold" product because my total cash back that has tracked is 138.30. I'm going to challenge it but if they don't clarify I'm going to cancel within the 30 days.
