Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a Iphone 4s sold cheaper than the $679 at the apple store, but not through kogan or shopping square, I know that they are approximately $600-$619 shipped respectively. I am more looking for a store like a dick smith or something???

Last time I checked Dick Smith were still stocking the iPhoine 3GS, so I guess when these run out they'll start stocking the 4, as an outright prepaid phone. You might be best to wait (I know you said no Kogan), but they will probably be your best bet as they frequently have sales. If not - you might consider getting the 4. The only real differences are the A4X (if memory serves), the Camera and Siri.

Yeah I think my best bet is kogan, but i think I might try to get it off the apple store with apple gift cards first and see if I can get some deals on those gift cards used to purchase the phone. That, I think, is the only other option. Thanks for your help though anyways guys, it was muchly appreciated :)
Just buy off gumtree, i got a close to new 64bg 4s for $550. The charger and earphones were even still in the packaging!! A phone is like a pc, who cares if its slightly used i would rather save $250
