  Rented from ECCR early last year and they were great. Quick to pick up, the damage waiver was actually a good price, and the drop off process was excellent too. Would definitely recommend.

  Compared with rental I booked few weeks ago for pick up and return at Melbourne Airport with Bargain Car Rentals and it’s about double the price for pay at counter $121 for Hyundai Accent (Bargain Car Rentals) vs $243 for Kia Picanto (East Coast Car Rentals)

  I have car rental insurance with my Citi prestige card so don’t need the all inclusive package. Still $60 cheaper with Bargain Car Rental when $0 excess selected compared to ECCR.

  Can’t talk to the customer service but bargain car rentals has really positive reviews from what I’ve seen

  Rented from their Tullamarine location and never again.

  Car supplied was faulty - after a slow and long pickup process heading to Melbourne CBD and could sense something was not right with the engine, gearbox and suspension faulty.

  Again, long wait for replacement vehicle and luckily no further issues for remainder of trip.

  Google review ratings is high but suggest checking the negative review comments. Some of these experiences are par the course for most car rental agencies however I will not be hiring from this company again.
