Thank you for everyone's support. Please note that all orders from 06-Feb-2024 and 07-Feb-2024 have been dispatched (dropped off at the post office/post box) before the close of business on 07-Feb-2024. However, due to delays in internal processing and system issues, we noticed some customers may not have received our confirmation email for the dispatched orders. We apologize for the inconveniences caused, and we will do everything we can to ensure the system gets fixed as soon as possible.

On the other hand, we apologize to anyone who has missed out on this deal as we are unable to restock on time for Valentine's Day. Therefore, we wish to make a public announcement to notify customers who have been waiting for us to restock. We will have more stock back in mid-February, which will be in time for White Day on 14-Mar-2024.

Despite our best efforts to dispatch all orders promptly, we've observed significant delays in AusPost's delivery for some of our customers. For instance, there's a case where an order dispatched to the Melbourne Metro area on 29-Jan-2024, which should have arrived well before today, has yet to reach its destination. We recently received an email inquiring about the status of this delivery.

Although we have no control once our cards are handed over to Australia Post for delivery. However, should you have any delivery issues with your order, please email ([email protected]) or PM us at Ozbargain with your order number; we will do our best to respond promptly and have measures in place to ensure customer satisfaction when AusPost fails us.     Just a quick correction you have Valentine's Day as (14-March-2024) If You send a card on that date you will be in trouble So change March to February.

    I'm in Perth and received the Valentine's card ordered on 26th Jan today. Thank you @ambert

    My first time ordering from this company. Happy and disappointed at the same time esp after the rave reviews.

    For the $$ price, I wasn't expecting the envelope of the Valentine's card to be bent so it can fit into the posting envelope. The posting envelope should be big enough to cover the item without bending the card's envelope.

    Ironically the posting envelope has 'PLEASE DO NOT BEND' but the envelope inside is already bent by the sender.

    It looks tacky to give someone a beautiful card in an envelope with a bent edge.

    I hope you will take this on board as constructive criticism. I could be the unlucky one or the fussy one as no one seems to have mentioned this before.

      FYI, this issue has now been rectified by our management. We have urged our dispatch team to never do that again, and rest assured that all new orders will not have the same issue again.

      We did, in fact, recently receive an enquiry via email about this matter, and we realize that our dispatch team in Sydney has done that to most of the single card or double card orders we dispatched prior to 5/02/2024.

      Please accept our official apologies for this matter. We are more than happy to replace a new envelope for you at our cost.
