Ok My dear OzWHINGErs,
We have had all the whinging experiences detailed here http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/82629 and across 72% of the internet(The rest being PORN), now is your chance to shine some light on places where the support has been Excellent or where people have gone beyond what would be normally expected.
I am repeat posting this thread to keep the posts categorised so that in the future before making a purchase in an area we can just go to a category and get referred to companies that have provided excellent service / after sales support.
A further call out to those who have dealt with the Reps here on OzBargain and found them to be extremely helpful. Links to Positive discussions on OZbargain welcome.
Keep it specific: Name the company, the incident and actual action taken please. If you have the name of the actual contact person even better.

About a year ago, I emailed 12 + stores All Australian stores with local presence (Including Good Guys, HN, Dick Smiths and some smaller stores) with my requirement for a camera , lens , bag + Sd card. I Also gave them the range in which I expected the price to be.
Only 2 people bothered to come back with a proper quote, went to visit Mark at the Elizabeth St store in Melbourne and he took the time to explain and sell me a good camera and threw in additional photos Printing Voucher with it.
After sales support just as good with prompt email communication and has always been supportive if whenever there were any issues.
Just last week I bought a third camera for a friend from him, my friend was considering Kogan , Practically dragged him to buy from here for the better support and service.
