Velocity Rewards Seats - Can I Book for Someone Else?

Hi All,

Never used Velocity before, but I have just enough points from my Citibank to transfer. Can I book a flight for someone else from my account or is it better to transfer the points to their account?

I know for Qantas you can book rewards seats for others from your own account.

    Family pooling allows transfer of points. Hopefully the other person is part of your family.
