Cashrewards Not Responding to Raised Tickets

I have raised a ticket for an overdue cashback 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from the customerservice. Is anyone else having trouble with their customerservice?
They don't have an online chat of phone number to call either!

    You're probably not going to have any luck here as there are currently no Cashrewards reps on here anymore (For the moment, until they appoint someone else).
    TA quit recently and Minita's account has been deactivated (I just found out about Minita's account now … Wonder what happened).

    You can try to reply to the emails (or tickets) to ask for a reply but whether that helps I don't know
    Otherwise unfortunately I think your only option is to wait…

      Just withdrew $67.33.

      Been sitting there for a while and I was going to wait for another $20 odd dollars pending before I withdraw the full balance.

          I usually wait until $100 or so or if I don't have any pending money I'm waiting for.

      I never keep any withdrawable balance in the account … $10.01 and I'm out the door!

  • took me a while to get a response on an claim that was 3+ months overdue. would send an inquiry every few weeks and just get a boilerplate response.

    seems suss, no CS, delays, all the hallmarks point to it

  • I had immediate support tracking a couple of purchases last week, was great as usual.
