    Anyone know if these are any good? I need a new pillow asap. My poor neck gets strained so easily when i sleep on my side. But when i sleep flat on my back, my back gets really tight and then starts to hurt. Life's hard.

      Have you considered also checking in with a physio?

      Also what about those therapillo that some ozbargainers and barefoot investor guy swear by?

        Yea Jimothy, i see my physio once a month to work on the back. The neck strains seem to be just an addtional extra just recently.

        It's a slow rehab for the back though

      I've been through about 6 pillows in the last 2 years. I just can't seem to find one that doesn't give me neck pain and headaches after a few weeks.

      Never heard of these ones but I'll look into it.
