Earning Reward Points with Purchases through Afterpay & PayPal

Do we get points on doing transactions via Paypal or Afterpay? I read somewhere that Commbank cards don't earn points towards Paypal? Is there any page maintained on Ozbargain stating what sort of transactions are not rewarding points? #CreditCards
