Thanks AF. I've always valued SQ/QR J over EY J so this won't change anything. Having said that, what are the chances of having EY J open up from Europe to Australia via Velocity. Planning for around October and wondering if I should wait till the last min.
October doesnt seem like a big issue, you'll just need to be on standby 30 days prior when the seats could be released

Wow that is shocking. People plan on booking rewards seats a year out. 30 days is ridiculous, and I doubt any reward seats would even be left for Velocity members within 30 days of a departure.
That's the catch!
