Amazon Furniture Defect

Hi all

We bought some outdoor chairs from Amazon 3 months ago and would like to return them as they're already starting to rip. However, the online portal shows that the item is no longer eligible for return as the window closed on Jan 31. Does anyone know if items with defects can still be returned in any way?

    The return window is only for change of mind returns, you can still return for warranty reasons - just get in contact with customer service.

  • Yeah you are still covered by warranty.

    Go to the customer support portal in Amazon and report the issue and support should help you out.
