We are changing our MVP benefits.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we still want to be able to offer innovative products at the lowest prices, as well as continue our mission to make sports accessible to more Aussies.
However, as we are switching our website platform, we’ve had to adjust our Membership Loyalty Program. As of 05/03/24, there will be changes to your membership including welcome vouchers, birthday entitlements and referral offers.
After 04/03/24, you will no longer receive a birthday voucher, but we don’t want you to miss out this year, so we’ll be loading $10 off onto your membership. We’ll email you once it’s ready!
If you’ve received a birthday discount, you will still have 30 days to use your $10 discount, regardless of the membership changes. As with the welcome voucher, if received before 05/03/24, it will still be active for 30 days.
After 05/03/24, if you have a valid Birthday, Welcome or Referral voucher, please contact our customer service team, who can help you apply this to your cart.
