I tried to price match JB HI-FI, they wouldn't. Called my closest Good Guys Store and they said they won't price match Appliances Online. Called the 1300942765 price beat Good Guys number, they brought it down to $2605 including delivery.

There’s not much around in the 85” size range, the Sony’s are far better for motion handling.
You can get 2nd hand LG 65” C1’s for 1-1.5k with ACL warranty, and 77” for 2-3k.
The only Sony better than this is a 90 series which is far more expensive. Totally different price bracket.
Everything under the 90 is garbage and far worse in every aspect compared to the TCL.
Second hand isn't really a viable recommendation either as it's severely limited by availability. 2nd hand OLEDS would also be extremely risky anyway.

Just had the Good Guys online chat rep say they have no more stock and it is now discontinued with the new model arriving in April.
JB sales person said they order direct from TCL, and they have 130+ coming into their warehouse in the next week
My good guys phone rep also told me they are no longer going to stock it. I think this is just good guys, Appliances Online seem to be ordering more and same as JB HI FI
