Velocity bonus 20% offer for auto and manual transfer. Have anyone receive that? Terms and Conditions says "latest by 29/02/2024 but still have not receive any. Velocity is helpless !!

I think you’ll need to contact them. Mine came through on 2nd Feb. I have a Citi card.
They are helpless. Take ages to reply email and generic email reply gruhh :(

have you checked your transaction dates for the 3 months? hope you didn't get caught by transferring early on 1st of the month which for some reason gets dated to last day of the previous month. I had that with one of my transfers so I transferred later again that month…………..Mine also came through on 2nd Feb.
My friend also received them on 02/02 and I still receiving nothing. Sent thema complaint email. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.

Check and make sure you've actually satisfied the tnc (ie, you've had transfers for each of the 3 months).
If things are correct, then defintiely pursue this.

Search for Velocity Feedbacks / Complaint / Promotions then write an essay. They will get back, hopefully.

I turned on auto redemption (ANZ) on 6th Nov, which caused an instant redemption of my ANZ rewards points same-day. Then it triggered monthly redemptions on the 23rd of each month.
I called to chase up with Velocity, as on their side it shows the initial redemption as being a manual one. Was told I’ll hear back by end of this week, am owed a little over 20k velocity points.
I'm also waiting on auto redemption bonuses. Satisfied t&cs for manual redemption with St George and points received, but still waiting on auto redemption for other cards.
Auto redemption t&cs don't require auto points transfer in each of the 3 months, just that you turn on auto redemption within the period. From the Velocity FAQs site:
"Receive 20% bonus Velocity Points when you opt in to auto-redemption or auto-sweep programs with one of our Participating Partners and automatically transfer your credit card reward points to Velocity into Velocity Points any time between 1 November 2023 and 31 January 2024."
St George manual transfer points were credited on 2 Feb btw
Also, be careful of being too eager with transfers or auto sign-ups. I did a St George manual transfer on 1 January and it appeared as being made on 31 Dec (UK time for some reason). I did do one other transfer within January so wasn't really an issue.
