Does anyone have experience with buying online on Pauls Warehouse? I bought some shoes 2 days ago.. and tried to check under order tracking? to see my order but theres nothing there.. Is there any other way to at least view my order to make sure that it has gone through? Why can't i find any record of my purchase.. i tried to email them but no reply yet..
just worried about how theres no record of my transaction on the website :@
Check your order history instead of tracking or check your email.

More importantly, check to see if they are real and original stock. Purchased Converse shoes with them last year and got a refund as they were the same as eBay ones from China. Spoke to staff at PW and they also said that they purchased them from a reseller.
Are they even allowed to sell counterfeit products? Arent they an Australian registered company
Don't fret, they took a week to dispatch my order because they have to find stock from their retail stores and then ship it to you.
