Has anyone repair or know a place that does CPU reballing for Poco X3 pro ?

doesn't turn on; no charging ; white screen of death
tried to turn on once but was stuck on the Poco loading screen before screen went all white and switched off
I have that phone but thankfully haven't had to perform that procedure!
What's wrong with the phone as far as symptoms go?
