Had the worst dealing with Unique Mobiles.. last week placed my 1st order with them and was waiting and waiting but no parcel after 7 days.
Gave them a call but no info on issue. Never offered to locate delivery. She gives me consignment # and Couriers number and says to me to chase it up.. 5 star Customer Service, right??
So I call up Courier and the reason it has not been delivered is because of incomplete mailing address. So i double checked my order form and confirmed that Unique Mobiles sent me an invoice with the correct delivery address but hadnt entered it on the shipping notice.. (NO QA there)
So i emailed them about it to get my delivery fee back and she tells me it is my problem.. Are you serious..
Be very careful before buying from them..
