Which of These Budget TVs Are Worth Getting?

I need a budget 4K TV to mount on the bedroom wall. Won't be gaming on it as I have a LG C2 42 already setup on my desk.
Got permission from landlord to mount it and they're willing to chip in half provided I leave it here if I decided to move out.

I really only need it to watch streaming apps/cartoons/anime whilst I game on the PS5.

Please vote on the Poll which model I should get. Budget is $700. I think 50" will fit fine, but to play it safe I'm listing 43" TVs.
I'll look into the 50" Models of the brands later if still within budget.

TIA

I would try to choose something non-smart to hope to make it last at least a decade, then maybe a sony, or an lg

Can you even buy any non-smart TVs?

Better idea is just use a cheap Xbox or Nvidia Shield and never use the TVs smart features. They are mostly slow as hell.

      • I think maybe they're referring to the Soniq TV that was posted here earlier. I should've bought that one if i was thinking of it back then

    • (replying to both previous comments)

Idk of any non-smart tv's, I just said that I would try to buy one, if I had the money, I would want the cost to go mainly to the quality of the image and video and less to apps that tend to become obsolete

If you like to watch your TV, and I mean really watch it, you want the Carnivalé. It features two pronged wall plug, pre-molded hand grip wells, durable outer casing to prevent fall-apart.

    Bahun from Aldi?

    • Can you suggest it? Is it this? https://bauhn.com.au/50-4k-android-tv/

      • I have a 65" bauhn . Got it off marketplace 3 years ago for $150. Aside for the 10 second power-on time it has been great.

  • I recommend you try to view them in-store. I was surprised how different the cheapies all look, less variation in the premium models. The only Aldi/Bauhn I've seen was awful and I'm sure the owner would have passed on it had there been a working demo in-store.

  • I don't know about the P series, but I'm really happy with my TCL C series TV. Would recommend taking a look at one.

  • I have a tcl on our bedroom wall. It replaced a bauhn, which was clunky , network unreliable and poorly made remote. Otherwise lg or hisense. Avoid the rest oike jvc and Toshiba. They are cheap products made under license, and not the same great brands they were.

  • Can i ask how you can possibly watch videos on a second screen while you are gaming? I can only focus on one thing at a time. Maybe I'm just getting old …
