Lowest price I've ever seen! They usually go for $150 on sale

  • +1

Wow that's cheap. I have 2. I'm sure I paid around 220 each back in the day for them. Super low power usage, really quiet and has a variable auto shut off timer. A high quality item compared to the usual cheap rubbish at aldi anaconda etc

    • They sell these at anaconda.

  • do I need a third?

    • The answer is always yes.

Thanks Rockgod. It turns out I did…………..

  • That's crazy cheap, never been that low.

    Thans bought 3.

Had to check out 3 times though.

  • +1

Just what I needed, I've never been able to justify the normal price :)

The manual is on the download page here:

you'll be very happy. No more cheap rattly fans chewing through your battery and keeping you up at night. I paid 220 each for 2 and still don't regret it. They are brilliant

I've been using computer fans for years, they work 'ok' but they don't have a great airflow…

I'll head back up to the tropics this winter so this will come in damn handy !

        • +1

Honestly the airflow with these isn't amazing either. The main draw is the low noise and low power consumption. You'll want to be very close to it when it's on.

          • +1

@jamesorion: It's only a Hiace Commuter bus and I share the space in the back with a motorbike.. "Close" is the only option really, lol

@FLICKIT: You're living my 1980's dream. Bike in the back of a van for long trips. Then I test drove the ford ezyloader and mazda econovan and realised how horrible they were to drive and the dream died. i may revisit it at some point.

@feisty: It's a great way to see the country on a budget…. Mine is a late 90's Hiace, it's surprisingly good on the road compared to older vans, I've done about 120,000 km in recent years, 2 big laps, 2 half laps, and heading off to do another this winter… Very cheap to run and low maintenance, every year I look at upgrading to something bigger like a Sprinter but the ongoing costs to keep a second hand one going scare me a bit…

( My Map> https://imgur.com/j3PjvIw <Dark-blue & black are in the van, all other colours are on the bike)

                • +1

@FLICKIT: Far out. Nice work. I've done probably 75% of that mostly in the landcruiser and last year the full lap on a DR650 90% dirt.. That's some seriously remote travel you've done. I'm not sure how long a sprinter would be up to the job looking at where you take the Hiace

    • +1

Yeah, to me this is about what they are worth. I can't believe people spend $200+ on them, especially considering that you don't tend to buy just one.

  • How large is this fan in inches? Look quite small on one of the photos.

  • Thanks OP, bought 2. Great bargain

  • +1

So cheap, seems too good to be true! Love the one I already have.

  • Bummer ! Only just bought two of these a few weeks ago for full price!

  • 206 sold in the last 24 hours and it appears the code has expired :(

    • +1

Came to this too late. Would have loved to get 2 at this price.

  • aaaarrggg too slowww

  • i feel this is still overpriced at $75, lol. i guess there isn't much competition out there.

    • +1

Once you've owned these, the others are cheap and loud in comparison. Hugely popular in the boating and RV field.

  • Nooooooooo I snoozed noooooooooo;(((

  • Not necessarily related to this product but I'm looking improve the ventilation in my shed to prevent mould and keeping it cooler for the contents inside. Does anyone have any suggestions for a basic solar panel / vent fan setup? I can do some basic hacking with an angle grinder.

  • +1

For those who missed out, both these come in at $120 each delivered (less with codes).

If you are happy to try a lower priced copy with the bonus of a remote control as a bonus.

    Or this alternative

  • I ordered 3 fans, but the package arrived with only 2 fans in it. Yet the eBay system is saying all 3 are delivered

Has anyone else had this happen?

    • Did you get that fan order sorted out yet ? Interested to find out how you went hopefully sorting that out.

      • +1

They had a warehouse malfunction, so they sent me a refund. I would have preferred the 3rd fan like I ordered, but that option was not offered.

        • Fair enough, I would have too. At least you got not just one but two, I missed the deal like many

          others completely.
