[PS4] Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition $5.49 @ PlayStation

730

Historical low price for a criminally underrated RPG. Challenging game that still holds up 6 years after its release.

The Royal Edition contains award-winning open world RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance and all released DLCs: Treasures of the Past, From the Ashes, The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, Band of Bastards and A Woman's Lot.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance
You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!

Really good game but desperately needs a 60fps patch

    • I've become a 60fps snob since I got the PS5 and I've got to say 30fps doesn't bother me for this game. I finished it recently. It might be because it's slower than your typical RPG slasher so not as noticeable?

      • Yeah, I have this with RDR2.

Was jarring when I came back to it recently. But now it seems perfect. Good frame pacing obviously helps.

    • Yup, loved the game. Shame there's no no2.

Warhorse have been quiet about what they've been working on since it came out, but its assumed they are working on KC:D2.

Looking forward to more representation of trans black Bohemian knights in wheelchairs this time.

          • @Fappo: With zingers like this, you could write for the Babylon Bee!

            • @CrowReally: The Bee still drop some decent crackers once in a while, so I'll take that as a compliment. Thanks 😊 👍

@Fappo: Glad you like their joke :)

@CrowReally: Fair call. Most of their headlines are pretty 'one note' and cringey these days, but they do still land an occasional good one.

        • We're overdue some kind of announcement now

    Sick game, worth the money

Game is awesome, didn't even know it was on PS4. If you only have a PS4 its a no brainer for this price.

For people not sure, this is an essential experience. Think Elder Scrolls without magic and a very basic survival mechanism.

Henry's come to see us! Jesus Christ be praised!

      A duel….. with longswords!!!

Playing through it again right now on PC, no-brainer for this price

The combat mechanics for this game are incredible, but you don't need to learn or use them to progress. Hopefully the sequel is coming soon

    • I struggled with the combat mechanics
Maybe I'm just too noob 😞

Great game, it can be a bit slow at the start but do give it a chance.

  • Loved every second of playing it!

For $5.49 it would be financially irresponsible not to buy it

    • Did somebody say KFC?

I'm so jealous of anyone who never played this and gets to enjoy it for $5.49. Absolute cracker of a game.

    • I enjoyed it for free on EGS

    Stupendous value at this price.

Bought this at the recent deal on steam but sadly my 8 yr old desktop roared too painfully while playing so had to stop. Now a perfect chance for me to play on my 6 yr old PS4 pro!

  • This is my kingdom come,
    this is my kingdom come.

Try getting thrown in jail during the tutorial

If only it had 60 on ps5

I bought it first and then came back to read the comments. Glad i got it ;)

      This is yhe way

It's been on my list since it's launch and missed the launch price error.. I have finally bought it and have it on my endless backlog

  • Amazing game, however If you have both the PS5 and Series X, buy this on the xbox, runs at 1440p with better settings. Still 30fps but makes a big difference on a bigger tv.

I know this because I've ended up buying the damn game on both.

  • How many hours to finish game?

    • takes like 35 hours to complete the main quest but theres a lot of side content too so you'd probably spend like 50 hours to finish.

Man I went into this game not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Great game.
