    bought this last time. first panel had stuck pixels. ask to inspect the panel at the warehouse when you pick up.

      Asked to inspect, they said i couldnt do it there. So I took it home, tried it out, and it has one dead pixel right in the middle.

    Do they send an email out to say that your order is ready to pick up? I checked my order status and it says "Exported to Odoo". I chose the pick up from regents park nsw option :S

    Picked mine up this morning. Opened it after I got home. No instruction book, no screws for the stand and importantly no remote control. Although I got the two legs. And that's about all. Looks like they left out the usual plastic bag that should have all those things.
    Has anyone else got the same problem?

    OP, you're associated with the company do you think I can get some sort of response since the company doesn't like taking phone calls? Other company reps here such as Cashrewards and Shopback do. I don't want having to wait for another week or two before it gets acknowledged for something that should have been included in the first place. Otherwise, I have to treat this as DOA.

      Just want to clear some air. They sent me all the items that were missing and the feet as well even though I already have them. But since I couldn't wait, I ended up buying the remote from Amazon. So, I have two now.

    Unpacked TV, connected a TV and a soundbar, everything works fine.

    Remember to connect soundbar to HDMI 3 which is the one with ARC. I made a mistake of connecting it to HDMI 2 and somehow the TV thought it was still connected to HDMI 2. Had to do a factory reset to make it work.

    Mine is fine. HD picture for AFL isn't the greatest. Might be Channel 7. But it could also be the upscaling software on the TV. I assume the more expensive TVs do this better.
