Not as popular on here as the fabled SD1970 Capt Willard, but looks like the same quality. Not sure if this is an ATL but it's the cheapest I've seen it for a while. Can get it cheaper if you're a follower of the Steeldive Store on Ali. It showed at A$86.74 for me.

Cyclops is easily removed if it's holding you back from buying this great watch.

Plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to remove. I used the jet lighter method with great success.

  • Not bad but yeah it’s no sd1970
Fair cop if you already have at least 1 sd1970

    • Which is why I've ordered it. I have a green SD1970 which I love and get some great comments on, I thought I'd grab this one for some variety

Get off your phone Jimothy. We now know why you're taking so long in the bathroom.

  • "Waterproof: 300MM"
    breaststroke only. No freestyle.

    • That's actually 300 megametres, so it's good for up to 30 million atmospheres.

      • +2

It's actually 300M², so it will be good for crossing lanes as well as cutting laps

Oh there will be plenty of breast stroke with an sd1953 or sd1970, I can assure you.

      runs hands over my moobs

      • 🤔 Not so long as Mrs Hipsi is reminded of her dad whenever I wear my sd1970

        • remind of dad

          At family dinner

          Misso: hey daddy

          Hipsi and FIL: yes?

  • Only seeing an option for the rubber strap version close to the price advertised in the post. Also for both steel strap options it states they can’t be shipped to my Australian address?

    • Looks like steel strap sold out. They were available yesterday.
