If you can find one, the type that attaches to your bathroom sink tap is cheaper, simpler, longer lasting (had mine 10+ years) and much more effective. Keep the tap on low though or you could probably water jet your tonsils off!

    It's this kind of thing - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/354244851188 It's not the most elegant looking thing. I just leave it in the bathroom cupboard in between uses. The tap attachment stays on the tap all the time though.
