Just chiming in to say I bought 500g of the Peru Single Origin last week and it is really really good as a filter coffee.

Will try a bag of the Honduras today!

    • Amazing to hear @LeDangles I'm wrapped to know how much you've been enjoying our Peru and hope you enjoy our Honduras as much or even more!!!

  • @LimeBlueCoffee which coffee blend is more suitable with milk?

    • +1

sau paulo brazil looks better for milk reading the descriptions.

There's no wrong answer with these three, but you're spot on with a great recommendation @fitzy87 !

        Appreciate the answer assist :)

    • Hey @Duckie2hh great question, appreciate you asking!

All three options work really well as either black or milk based coffees. However, if I had to nail down the best option for milk based coffees, I'd say it's a tie between our Brazil and Decaf, as both options have wonderful chocolate notes :)

      • Thanks mate :)

        • :)

  • Terrific coffee! Good decaf beans!

    • Woohoo for that succinctly wonderful compliment @TheBean thanks you so much :) :) :)

Hey Tom, what's the Honduras La Paz like as a long black? With the lower acidity and higher sweetness I'm thinking it would be good for an Americano cup 'o Joe.

    • +1

Hey @Chazzozz nice question, appreciate you taking the time to reach out!

The I believe the La Paz should be terrific as a long black. That said, I must admit I haven't had it as a long black, but am confident nonetheless based on how I've enjoyed it as an Espresso and Pour Over/Filter. I would say this one has a similar sweetness and acidity of our Peru, with the overall flavour reminding me somewhat of the Washed Kenya SO we've previously featured. Hope my answer is more helpful than ramblings :)

  • Hey could you confirm the price for the 1kg Brazilian beans as it's showing as $29.99 for me

    • +1

Hey @SimBer always better to double check than wonder!

I can confirm the price for 1kg of Brazil in a 1kg bags is $26.39. I believe you have 500g bags packaging currently selected AKA 2*500g bags. Simply change the package menu option on the product page and you should see an instant price change :)

  • While I haven’t had the bean on offer here, the thankyou blend from one of the last deals was excellent. Highly rate LB

    • I vouch for the Thankyou Blend as well. Best mocha's I've had for 6 months.

  • Tossing up between sao Paolo and Honduras. Which one would be better for a purely espresso drinker?

    • Hey @twodollah appreciate the double check!

Slight spanner in the works is that our Honduras La Paz sold out roughly 20 minutes before you posted the question. However, great news for you is that both are wonderful as Espresso, so hopefully our crowd favourite Brazil SO is a real winner for you :)

      • Thanks LM. When will the la Paz come back? Happy to wait a few days

        • Sure thing. Never hurts to ask @twodollah there's potential, but it's unlikely!

We purchased all the La Paz the importer had, so in terms of volume becoming potentially available again, that's a while off. The only chance of you being able to secure some La Paz in the near future is if someone who's reserved some for future/delayed dispatch cancels. You're welcome to send an email to [email protected] requesting to be added to the La Paz waitlist and if someone cancels their La Paz reserved allocation we'll let you know :)

    • It really depends on your taste.
I can confirm that after trying all specials posted on OzB that Brasil Sao Paolo Single Origin has become my favourite. Bought it first time about a month ago from an OzB special, so, I've ordered it again.

  • Just jumping in to say the Brazil and Decaf are both absolutely top quality, I always stock up and queue more deliveries of both when on sale. Tom is a legend at customer service too. No affiliation just a very happy customer :)

  • Love your coffee but why it seems most of it has the same recipe 20g in 20g out so it is a ristretto?

    • Hey @MrBillions thank you souch for the comment, it's so fantastic to know you "love" our coffee!!!

You are correct, the milk based guides for a number of our coffees is the same, as is the black coffee guide. However, we also have a number of coffee with varying recommended brew guides. Our brew guides will be similar for coffee with similar flavours, bean structures or roast profiles, as the guides are based how coffees behave from an extraction perspective :)

  • I'll be shortly running out of coffee, so decided to give you a go this time. Can you advise what the espresso recipe is for Sao Paulo? Couldn't find this info on your website. Thanks.

    • +1

it'll be printed on the coffee bag!
