I never used uber delivery, so I was wondering what's everyone's experience with using Uber delivery at JB Hi-fi?
Does anyone know if they pack the products in a box so the driver can't see what's inside?

Dunno why you're being downvoted, this seems the sensible answer.
I'd be more worried about the driver marking it as delivered and taking off if it's a macbook pro or something.
I've used it before. They can't mark it off as delivered until you provide them with the PIN that they have to input into the app. I guess that ensures they are delivering it to the correct recipient.

@BewareOfThe Dog: What do Amazon class as high risk? I have lost a few things in delivery with Amazon recently around the $1k mark and I was surprised at how careless they were and then again by how quick they refunded me without too much trouble.

Yeah, likely nothing to worry about. Uber drivers couldn't care less. They're not high value items if you're concerned about theft.
Though, with hard drives, I'd probably prefer to minimise the number of people who have handled them

Used it a couple of times. In carnegie. Had deliveries from chadstone and southland stores. Both went great. Ill use it again in the future,
I work from home. Used it to buy an Apple Pencil that I really needed for work that day, but couldn't leave the house.
Ordered it just after lunch, got it in about an hour. Item came in a white courier bag, so they wouldn't have seen what it was.
I've delivered a few of the uber jbhifi deliveries drivers don't know what you ordered as it's sealed

Used it for a $1500 ROG Ally and $650 Bose QC Ultras both came within 30 mins to an hour. No issues, worth it if you're lazy.
